My Management Trainee  Interview experience at Food Corporation of India(FCI)

My interview had took on 25 june at chennai FCI office.
After reaching the office at 9.00am amid tension, The FCI staff guided us into a hall where they divided 15 members for a batch. iam in first batch. Then they  verified our certificates. And then they guided us to Group Discussion room. Our GD had supervised by 2 prof"s and 2 FCI staff may be AGM rank. They are very cardial with us.

Our GD topic was, Traffic police are responsible for trafic in all areas

After 12 min of given time, GD was over, Then the crucial part inetrview

Board members: 7 All are men

Interview Questions they asked me

1.What is rational and irrational numbers( Iam maths graduate so that)

2. How you would be capable to our organization

3. Something about FCI

4. FCI godowns near my native place

5. Abt MSP

6. Functions of HRM( Iam Mba graduate)

7. What is Motivation

8. Types of Performance appraisal

Over all its a good experience, and  FCI staff treated us in very good level.
